Two days ago, I downloaded Tim Ferriss's 4 Hour Body to my iPad. I read, according to his instructions, the sections that most interested me. In my case, mostly nutrition and some strength conditioning stuff.
I put some of the tips into action right away. In 48 hours, I've lost 2.5 lbs. A good start, but only a fraction of what I want to do. So, stay tuned and we'll see where this ends up.
